Usual format of a meeting is as follows:
Part I.
President's Open of the Meeting.
Toastmaster Introduction of all participants.
Sergeant at Arms explains his/her roles and responsibilities.
Grammarian/ Ah counter explains his/ her roles and responsibilities.
Table Topicsmaster gives topics to everyone who wants to practice their thinking on ones' feet skills
Table Topics Speakers give impromptu speeches for 1-1.5 minuntes
Topics Evaluator 1 gives evaluation to odds speakers
Topics Evaluator 2 gives evaluation to evens speakers
Part II.
Prepared Speech: 4 speakers give their prepared speeches (5-10 minutes) and then 4 evaluators give their commendations and recommendations (2-3 minutes).
